About Me:
Hi, I’m Bobby. I started an Assured Claims Group because I’ve been on the other side of this. I’ve seen how people get tossed around by the insurance system confused, frustrated, often feeling like they’re being left in the dark. I knew I could do something about it.
I didn’t grow up dreaming of being a public adjuster. This work found me through life experience, real stories, real people who needed help and didn’t know where to turn. That’s what drives me. I want folks to feel like someone’s actually in their corner, not just doing a job, but standing up for them when it really counts.
Over the years, I’ve met families picking up the pieces after hurricanes, small business owners trying to stay afloat, and people who just needed someone to slow things down and explain what’s really going on. Those moments stay with me.
